Bishopsteignton is a small village with a couple of local shops and a post office, 2 Pubs,a vineyard and a brewery. There is also a primary school approx 5 min walk from this property.

You enter the property through two pillars onto your private driveway, there is easily parking for 5 cars, maybe more depending on the size.

There is a small patio area to the front of the property with space for table, chairs and a BBQ. This is the perfect spot to take in the breath taking views across the river Teign, Teignmouth and Shaldon.

The entrance to the property is to the side and takes you into an entrance porch. There is a cupboard to hang up your coats and hide your shoes. This then leads into the entrance hallway both the dining room and lounge can be accessed through doors and there are stairs taking you to the first floor.

The reception area's are open plan making for a very sociable family space.

The lounge area has a large bay window to the front aspect giving you stunning views of rolling hills beyond the river Teign. The room opens up into the dining area, there is space for a large table and chairs and an opening into the Sun room / Office. This room is my favourite in the house, it offers breath taking views and would be the perfect place to work from home or to simply read a book.

To the rear of the property is a good size breakfast area with a window to the rear aspect giving you views of the garden. The kitchen is accessed through the breakfast room and has two large storage pantry's before giving you access to the Annex.

The Annex has been converted from the garage but there is a small section at the front of the garage that has been left for storage, ( please see floor plan ) The annex comprises of a Kitchen area, Shower room, Toilet and living space and would make the perfect place for older relatives or for older children looking for a little independence.

First floor

At the top of the stairs there is a door to a separate W/C perfect for family's with no boundary's when trying to take a relaxing bath. The Bathroom is of a good size and if you wished to do so you could knock down the wall and have one large bathroom suite.

Bedroom three is to the rear of the property giving you views over the rear garden, don't be fooled though this room is a large double bedroom.

Bedroom two offers some of the best views that Devon has to offer and the large window not only offers views but plenty of natural sunlight.

The master bedroom is also to the front of the house giving you the same beautiful views as bedroom two. The pictures really do not do the view justice so a viewing is essential.

Outside

The rear garden is very long and ever so slightly sloped so by the time you have reached the middle of the garden you start to get the river views and countryside beyond. There are a number of fruit trees and a productive vegetable plot, perfect for those that enjoy home grown fruit and vegetables. The garden is very private and fully enclosed making sure your children and pets don't escape!
