THE PROPERTY
Set back from a private road, this four bedroom detached family home has a superb layout. Originally when Mere Croft was founded, each party owned a piece of land and designed their own property in keeping with a certain style. Preceded by a wide block paved driveway, this house begins with a porch leading through to the entrance hallway. From here there are doors leading off to the lounge, kitchen and ground floor wc, with the staircase to the first floor.
The whole house is well presented and upon entering into the lounge, viewers are greeted with a superb sized room with feature fireplace, a large bay window to the front and double doors opening through to the family dining room. From the dining room viewers have the option of entering the welcome addition of the conservatory, or moving through to the spacious kitchen. Furthermore, there is an opening from the kitchen through to the utility room.
Moving upstairs and from the landing there are doors through to all four bedrooms and the superb family bathroom. The show stealer, and arguably the best room in the house, is the master bedroom which was purposely built as a large room and includes built in wardrobes, a deep window recess and access through to an en suite shower room. Giving the master bedroom competition for best room in the house is the family bathroom, which is actually bigger than the single bedrooms three and four. It includes underfloor heating, a separate double shower to the bath and mirror with lighting. Bedroom two also has feature fibre optic lighting fitted into the ceiling providing a starry night effect.
Finishing outside, this home has a superb size private rear garden with slabbed patio from the utility room and conservatory, main lawn and a decking area to the end of the garden. The side passage way leads past the utility room and side garage door to gated access back round to the front of the property.
NB - ROOM SIZES ARE SHOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
