THE PROPERTY
This stunning mid terraced home in Kingstanding will delight all viewers with its impressive décor and large rooms sizes. The marvellous presentation begins at the front gate where a tastefully painted fence surrounds a low maintenance front garden with a circular synthetic lawn as the centre piece. A block paved path leads up to the main entrance door.
Once inside, viewers will immediately notice the lovely plush carpet that leads up the staircase ahead and continues left as they make their way into the lounge. What a fabulous reception room this is! The lounge is large enough to hold a three piece sofa suite and the chimney breast has been cleverly adapted into an entertainment unit; holding the TV and having a recess for a console. Other features in the lounge include a bay window to the front and access to a handy under stairs cupboard.
To the rear of the lounge is a doorway through to the kitchen, which spans the full width of the house. This makes plenty of space for a dining area to the left of the room, with the main kitchen being to the right. The suite installed around the room is incredibly stylish, with hi-gloss white unit doors and drawers and a contrasting dark durable work surface. Integrated within the units are an electric oven and grill, four ring hob, fridge freezer and a one and a half bowl sink with drainer. A breakfast bar has been mounted to the wall on the far left and the door to the rear exits out to the garden decking.
Moving upstairs, the short corridor landing has doors leading off to both bedrooms and the family bathroom. Although both bedrooms are generous doubles, the master to the front is a particularly large bedroom. It includes a recess to the front of the room, filling the void above the hallway, that is perfect for a dressing area. The second bedroom is longer and includes the airing cupboard with a modern Worcester combi-boiler.
Last, but by no means least, is the family bathroom. This is an outstanding suite with a raised platform that holds a large, oval freestanding bathtub and a tall, rectangular double shower cubicle. The remainder of the bathroom includes a wash hand basin, toilet and a chrome heated towel rail.
Viewers may spot that the first floor appears larger than the ground floor and they would be absolutely right, as there is a side passageway to allow access between the gardens and therefore the first floor borrows part of this extra space. A secure gate at the rear of the passageway gives an entry to the rear garden decking, near to the door from the kitchen. The rear garden is private and is an excellent size to compliment this house. Apart from the decking, the remainder of the garden is lawn with a wooden fence surround that has a tasteful grey finish and makes a safe, private place to relax and for children to play.
