Having lived on the South Cost for many years, when I decided to move I knew it was important to me to remain by the sea.  However I found I was struggling to find a property that still offered me the feeling of space I was used to and within my budget.  That was until I found this wonderful apartment.  

When I describe the property to my friends I fondly refer to it as my very own oasis.  It is so quiet, I have spent many days just relaxing and watching the wonderful array of wildlife, who are also enjoying this special place with me. 

I have found Eastbourne has provided me with a great lifestyle, which I have enjoyed sharing with my friends and family alike.  I have found the properties central location very convenient and an ideal base to explore the many delights of Eastbourne.  

I will miss my lovely home, but feel it is now time for me to move on and allow someone else to enjoy this special property and location as much I have.
