What the owner says
"From our very first day we have been made to feel so welcome by the local residents and the extended community of Polegate. We have enjoyed living as members of such a warm community.
We feel we have been quite spoilt over the years, enjoying great access to the vibrant Polegate town centre, with it's Mainline railway station and fantastic array of shops complete with a doctors surgery, living here has been so easy for us over the last few years.
We will miss our early morning coffee and the occasional breakfast on the rear patio, enjoying the warmth of the early morning sunshine. Especially in the knowledge that during these times our solar panels are providing us with electricity and income! Still, it is now time for us to allow somebody new to enjoy this fantastic lifestyle and become the latest member of this wonderful community."
